Of course, its definitely a threat to the iPhone. It has a touch screen, its plays music, its sleek! Why would I ever choose an iPhone over a Zune HD?

Though it would have probably been more appropriate to say iPod touch, it still is technically correct seeing as how in general iPhone = iPod touch. They have the same software and functionality, minus a few things like phone, camera, and GPS.
