Howdy, as they said in TUAW, it include example APN settings or other operator specific.
To me this popup has been poping up since I bought the iPhone, as I did buy it from Italy and use it in Finland, it will every time try to update my APN to the Italian operator settings instead of my Finnish settings. So, in other words, if you put wrong APN, then it will notice this and correct it according to the correct one from the operator.
My iPhone is a official unlocked phone, as all iPhones sold in Italy…
