This heartless (no pun intended) man is directly responsible for the torture, maiming, and violent deaths of tens of thousands of innocents — under a banner of patriotism. How would you feel if even *one* of those victims were your mother, brother, or son? He makes Mr. Potter look like Mother Theresa. Poking fun at this photo barely constitutes a good start at giving him what he deserves.
